The Halls Icon Gardenhouse 6 features an updated interpretation of the traditional orangery design, providing ample space for all your gardening needs. This spacious greenhouse is crafted from strong aluminum profiles with extra bracing, ensuring it can withstand harsher weather conditions. The increased roof pitch not only enhances snow loading capacity but also allows for better air circulation, keeping your plants healthy and thriving.
The design of the Halls Icon Gardenhouse 6 bridges the gap between a traditional greenhouse and a conservatory, providing a beautiful extension to any outdoor space. Designed with high eaves and ridge, the Gardenhouse 6 has a classic conservatory aesthetic. This creates an open and airy feel, with plenty of headroom for tall plants or comfortable seating. The greenhouse blends seamlessly into garden settings, often becoming a focal point of the landscape.
Base:
The highly recommended optional galvanized strong steel base raises the greenhouse by 12cm and guarantees the door runs smoothly. It provides fast construction without the need to construct your own timber or brick base. Please note, the base is only available in Black.
Doors:
The Halls Icon Gardenhouse 6 is supplied with a single sliding door with low threshold, measuring 600mm x 1960mm.
Glass:
The greenhouse is supplied with full sheet 3mm toughened safety glass as standard.
Roof Vents & Louvres:
The Gardenhouse 6 model is equipped with two manual roof vents. Louvres can be added to the greenhouse, if required.
Automatic Ventilation:
Automatic roof vent openers can also be added to your order. The automated openers will ensure that your vents open and close automatically, depending on the temperature, keeping your plants ventilated appropriately.
Shelving/Staging:
Modular folding staging and shelving is available for the Icon Gardenhouse 6 and is supplied in Black as standard. The staging/shelving is not available for purchase until March 2026. Please contact us for further information.
Rainwater Collection:
The greenhouse is provided with wide integral gutters that collect rainwater from the roof, preventing runoff and allowing for efficient collection. To maximise the effectiveness of the integral gutters, we offer optional Icon rainwater kits. The rainwater kit includes downpipes that connect directly to the integral gutters and collect rainwater into storage tanks or water butts (sold separately).
Powder Coating:
The greenhouse is supplied in green or black powder coating as standard. See the Powder Coating Tab for further information.
Glazing Capping:
Black glazing capping is available for the Icon Gardenhouse with toughened glass, giving a sophisticated finish with no clips or overlaps.
Cresting:
Crestings for the Icon Gardenhouse 6 are used to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal. Cresting refers to ornamental ridge tiles or other decorative elements along the ridge of a roof. They can also serve as a deterrent against cats and birds. For the Icon 6 model, they are provided in black as standard.

Halls Icon Gardenhouse 6 Dimensions
The Halls Icon Gardenhouse 6 is available in a choice of two attractive frame finishes; green or black. The quality of the powder coating has proven to last for decades, so there is no other maintenance than ordinary cleaning once or twice a year.

Please note: If there are any access restrictions to your property, please let us know in advance so suitable arrangements can be made.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to the Scottish Highlands or locations requiring transport over water (e.g. islands) due to logistical challenges and significantly increased costs associated with transporting goods to these areas. We aim to keep delivery efficient and affordable for all customer and these regions currently fall outside our delivery network. However, if you’d like us to explore an alternative courier option, please contact us for a quotation, we have many customers who arrange their own courier to these areas.
Halls Icon Gardenhouse 6 Lead Times (For Guidance Only and Subject to Seasonal Variation):

We offer a greenhouse installation service in mainland England (excluding CA postcodes) and postcodes CF, LL, SY and NP in Wales. Installations in central London will incur a surcharge. The current lead time for installations is 4-8 weeks. A greenhouse base must be purchased for installation which will be installed on a completely level solid concrete or slabbed floor. The fee includes the installation of autovents, louvres, downpipes, connecting kits, water butts and cresting if purchased with the greenhouse. Other accessories are chargeable. Installations exclude Northern Ireland, Islands, Allotments and Scotland (though please feel free to contact us if this applies to you, and we can advise alternative recommended installers).

It’s difficult to give an opinion as yet, as the Halls Icon Gardenhouse 6 is so new to the market. However, the improvements that have been made to the greenhouse range, we cannot ignore. The price is also a big plus-point as it’s still a budget greenhouse with lots of new features, built on the previous, hugely popular Garden Room.
