Our unit/shop/demo unit is currently temporarily closed. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Our shop being closed does not affect our online site, any orders, deliveries or contactability. We continue to have issues with our internet and phone lines as the recent storm took down our lines. Unfortunately, BT tell us its a complicated fix, which relates to them having to apply to the Local Authority as the road outside will need to be traffic controlled while the line is reattached to the pole. They have advised a fix date of Tuesday, 16th December.

Unfortunately, as we have no signal either by broadband or 4G/5G at our shop, we are unable to open. We cannot access our systems, take payments in person, print, or take calls at our shop (as our phone lines are connected to the internet).

We are instead working remotely, with call diversions in place. It means that we can continue to process orders and fullfil deliveries, receive calls and answer emails, but we cannot be present on site so the demo unit remains closed. However, if any viewings are required, please give us a call and we can arrange to open the shop at your convenience - though we will not be able to take payments in person - only via online invoicing.

Normal Weekly Opening Hours:
Monday – 10:00 – 15:00
Tuesday – Closed
Wednesday – 10:00 – 16:00
Thursday – 10:00 – 15:00
Friday – 10:00 – 15:00
Saturday – 10:00 – 15:00
Sunday – Closed

We are happy to accommodate visits outside of these hours, by prior arrangement
(for customers who would like to view in the evenings or on our closed days).

Please note that our demonstration site will close on Monday, 22nd December at 15:00hrs and will reopen on Friday, 2nd January at 10:00hrs. This closure applies to our demo site only. We will remain contactable via email, and our website will operate as normal. Orders received throughout the festive period will continue to be processed on the same day.

From Lancaster Direction:
Once you arrive in Pilling via the main road (or from Lancaster Road if coming from Garstang), you will drive past the Elletson Arms on your right hand side. Then on the left is a Premier shop, then Bradley's Hardware Store. Round the corner is two red-brick houses. We are straight after the houses on the right (look for the grey-coloured gates). Turn right through the gates and we are the unit to the left, next to Pilling Pet Shop.

From Preesall/Knott End Direction:
Once you arrive in Pilling, you will drive past Fold House Caravan Park (can't be missed, it has a train in the garden)! Go past the caravan park, there will be a big red brick building on the left and we are right after this building, on the left (look for the grey-coloured gates). Turn left through the gates and we are the unit to the left, next to Pilling Pet Shop.
