Refunds & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, there are two ways to do so:

Return to Us:
Some items can be returned directly to us, either in person or via our postal address below.

Collection Service:
Other items require collection. To arrange this, please contact us on 01772 230170, and we’ll be happy to help organise the return.

Please Note:
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on most items. However, please note that items made to order or customised specifically for you are not included in our return policy.  Greenhouses that have been erected/partially erected are not refundable/returnable.

Unwanted Items:
If you wish to return an unwanted item, we’ll do our best to help. Depending on the circumstances, a return collection charge (maximum £50) may apply.

Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
