Refunds & Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, there are two ways to do so:
Return to Us:
Some items can be returned directly to us, either in person or via our postal address below.
Collection Service:
Some, larger items may require collection. Depending on the circumstances, a return collection charge (maximum £50) may apply. To arrange this, please contact us on 01772 230170, and we’ll be happy to help organise the return.
Greenhouses that have been erected/partially erected are not refundable/returnable.
Important – Please Note:
Please note that bespoke, customised and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
These products are manufactured, modified, or supplied specifically to the customer’s individual requirements, including but not limited to:
- Custom sizes or dimensions
- Special colours or finishes
- Made-to-measure products
- Modified or personalised items
- Special order products not held in standard stock
As these items are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold or returned to stock, we are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or provide refunds once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced.
We therefore strongly advise customers to carefully check and confirm:
- All measurements and dimensions
- Product specifications
- Colours and finishes
- Compatibility requirements
- Delivery details
before placing an order.
Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
