Thank you for choosing The Greenhouse Shop (t/a Commercial Glasshouse Contracts Ltd). Please find below key information to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
IMPORTANT:
It is really important that you advise us of any delivery restrictions to your property when ordering a greenhouse. If your greenhouse is out for delivery with a number of other orders, then it can be the case that they will be delivered using a large wheel based van or lorry. Please ensure that we are advised of any issues that could potentially restrict access. If in any doubt, please call us. We cannot take responsibility for failure to deliver if restrictions mean that transport cannot gain access to your property without advising us of those restrictions. It just means that the manufacturer can organise a separate delivery in a smaller van for these occasions. There is space to do this on your order under the Notes section.
Delivery Areas:
Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to the Scottish Highlands or locations requiring transport over water (e.g. islands) due to logistical challenges and significantly increased costs associated with transporting goods to these areas. We aim to keep delivery efficient and affordable for all customer and these regions currently fall outside our delivery network. If you’d like us to explore an alternative courier option, please contact us for a quotation.
Greenhouse Orders:
Once your order is ready for despatch, you will be contacted directly by the manufacturer with your proposed delivery date. If this date is declined, your order will move to the next available delivery run, which may result in a longer lead time.
Accessory Orders:
Accessories ordered (without a greenhouse) are usually delivered by courier within standard lead times. If ordered with a greenhouse, they’ll be delivered together in one shipment.

Elite Greenhouses
Core Collection aluminium greenhouses – 4-5 weeks
Core Collection powder-coated greenhouses – 8-10 weeks.
Specials – 10-14 weeks, Elite Specials include – GX, Titans, Lean-to’s, Dwarf Wall, The Sanctuary, The Edge & Zenith.
Elite Core Collection includes the Compact, Maxim, Streamline, Delta, Craftsman, Strata, High Eave, Vantage, Belmont, Supreme & Classique
Halls Greenhouses – Lead times are only for guidance:
Aluminium greenhouses – 2-4 weeks
Powder-coated greenhouses – 2-4 weeks
Zest Outdoor Living:
The majority of products are delivered by DX 2-man service. These are packaged with heavy duty cardboard. The parcel is banded and the ends taped for extra protection in transit. Smaller items are dispatched by Parcelforce or TNT, and packaged in cardboard. Larger products are delivered by Pallet carrier on a kerbside delivery basis. Access is required for large vehicles (7.5t) Pallets will be left with the customer. Orders are delivered on a 3-5 working day lead time, with day 1 being the first day we are in receipt of the order by 08:30. If you are unable to accept their delivery, the carrier will attempt to obtain a signature from a neighbour or will leave it in a secure area. Some postcodes and remote areas are subject to extended lead times and delivery surcharges. If this is requested on the order – please be aware that any delivery instructions must be indicated on the order, otherwise these can’t be guaranteed. Zest or our carriers do not accept any liability for items being left in a ‘safe place’ at the customer’s request.
Payment Information:
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard for your convenience. Please ensure your billing address matches your payment card address to avoid delays. If you require delivery to an alternative address, this can be entered during checkout.
