The Halls Icon 6 Greenhouse is new to the market for 2026. This innovative range of greenhouse is set to transform expectations of what an entry-level greenhouse can offer. The greenhouse is designed to offer great value for money, being one of the most affordable greenhouses on the market. It is an ideal option for new gardeners or those with smaller budgets who want a reliable structure without compromising quality.
The frame comes in multiple finishes, including silver, powder-coated green, and black, allowing users to choose an aesthetic that best fits their garden or landscape.
Base:
The highly recommended steel base guarantees the door runs smoothly. It provides fast construction without the need to construct your own timber or brick base.
Doors:
The Halls Icon 6 is supplied with a single sliding door with discreet door knob and low threshold.
Glass:
The greenhouse can be fitted with full sheet 3mm toughened safety glass, 3mm horticultural glass or 4mm polycarbonate. For homes with children or pets, we strongly recommend choosing toughened safety glass for added peace of mind.

Roof Vents & Louvres:
The Icon 6 model is equipped with one manual roof vent. Louvres can be added to the greenhouse, if required.
Automatic Ventilation:
Automatic roof vent openers can also be added to your order. The automated openers will ensure that your vents open and close automatically, depending on the temperature, keeping your plants ventilated appropriately.
Shelving/Staging:
Modular folding staging and shelving is available for the Icon 6 and is supplied in Black as standard. The staging/shelving is not available for purchase until March 2026. Please contact us for further information.
Rainwater Collection:
The greenhouse is provided with wide integral gutters that collect rainwater from the roof, preventing runoff and allowing for efficient collection. To maximise the effectiveness of the integral gutters, we offer optional Icon rainwater kits. The rainwater kit includes downpipes that connect directly to the integral gutters and collect rainwater into storage tanks or water butts (sold separately).
Powder Coating:
The greenhouse is supplied in aluminium as standard. However, we offer the option to choose either Black or Green colours to suit your taste. See the Powder Coating Tab for further information.
Glazing Capping:
Black glazing capping is available for the Icon 6 with toughened glass or polycarbonate, giving a sophisticated finish with no clips or overlaps. Glazing capping is not suitable for horticultural glass.
Cresting:
Crestings for the Icon 6 are used to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal. Cresting refers to ornamental ridge tiles or other decorative elements along the ridge of a roof. They can also serve as a deterrent against cats and birds. For the Icon 6 model, they are provided in black as standard.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to the Scottish Highlands or locations requiring transport over water (e.g. islands) due to logistical challenges and significantly increased costs associated with transporting goods to these areas. We aim to keep delivery efficient and affordable for all customer and these regions currently fall outside our delivery network. However, if you’d like us to explore an alternative courier option, please contact us for a quotation, we have many customers who arrange their own courier to these areas.
Halls Icon 6 Lead Times (For Guidance Only and Subject to Seasonal Variation):
England & Wales Deliveries – Up to 6 weeks
All Other Areas – Up to 8 weeks.
We offer a greenhouse installation service in mainland England (excluding CA postcodes) and postcodes CF, LL, SY and NP in Wales. Installations in central London will incur a surcharge. The current lead time for installations is 14 days from delivery of the greenhouse. A greenhouse base must be purchased for installation which will be installed on a completely level solid concrete or slabbed floor. The fee includes the installation of autovents, louvres, downpipes, connecting kits, water butts and cresting if purchased with the greenhouse. Other accessories are chargeable. Installations exclude Northern Ireland, Islands, Allotments and Scotland (though please feel free to contact us if this applies to you, and we can advise alternative recommended installers).

It’s difficult to give an opinion as yet, as the Halls Icon 6 is so new to the market. However, the improvements that have been made to the greenhouse range, we cannot ignore – the low threshold is definitely a plus-point on this greenhouse as it’s something that we are conscious of with the Popular model. The price is also a big plus-point as it’s still a budget greenhouse with lots of new features.
