The Halls Popular Greenhouse is a well-regarded option for gardeners at all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned horticulturists. The frame comes in multiple finishes, including silver, powder-coated green, and black, allowing users to choose an aesthetic that best fits their garden or landscape.
We have put together a handy Package Deal option for what is one of our most ‘Popular’ models, giving customers a comprehensive package that includes everything you could possibly need to get started. Not only is the Package Deal designed to save you money by combining products, but we’ve also added an introductory 5% discount to each package price. We are confident you won’t find such a comprehensive offering of this greenhouse at this price anywhere else.

Base:
The galvanized strong steel base raises the greenhouse by 12cm and guarantees the door runs smoothly. It provides fast construction without the need to construct your own timber or brick base. The base is included as standard with our Package Deal.
Doors:
The Halls Popular is supplied with a single sliding door.
Glass:
This greenhouse is supplied with 3mm horticultural glass as standard, with the option to upgrade to 3mm full-sheet toughened safety glass or 4mm polycarbonate. For homes with children or pets, we strongly recommend choosing toughened safety glass for added peace of mind.

Roof Vents & Louvres:
The Popular model is equipped with at least one manual roof vent, and the Package Deal also includes a 6-blade louvre as standard. the number increases with the size of greenhouse:
- 4ft, 6ft & 8ft long with one roof vent, one 6-blade louvre.
- 10ft long with two roof vents, one 6-blade louvre.
Automatic Ventilation:
With the Popular package deal, one Halls automatic roof vent opener is included, as well as one automatic louvre opener. The automated openers will ensure that your vents open and close automatically, depending on the temperature, keeping your plants ventilated appropriately. Additional roof vent openers can be added to your order, if needed.
Shelving/Staging:
A 1-tier free-standing staging (4ft in length) is included with the package deal. The staging is provided in either plain aluminium, or Black/Green powder coating. We will automatically match the staging to the same colour of your greenhouse – though if you want a different colour, please specify in the notes at Checkout. Additional staging can be added to your order, if needed.
Rainwater Collection:
The greenhouse is provided with integral gutters that collect rainwater from the roof, preventing runoff and allowing for efficient collection. The package deal includes a standard rainwater kit for both sides of the greenhouse, which includes downpipes that connect directly to the integral gutters and collect rainwater into storage tanks or water butts (sold separately).
Powder Coating:
The greenhouse is supplied in aluminium as standard. However, we offer the option to choose either Black or Green colours to suit your taste. See the Powder Coating Tab for further information. Please Note: The 6×4 model is not available in Black.
Glazing Capping:
Black glazing capping is now available for the Halls Popular with toughened glass or polycarbonate, giving a sophisticated finish with no clips or overlaps. Glazing capping is not suitable for horticultural glass.

The Halls Popular is available in three attractive frame finishes; aluminium or powder coated green or black. The quality of the powder coating has proven to last for decades, so there is no other maintenance than ordinary cleaning once or twice a year.
Please Note: The 6×4 model is not available in Black.
At The Greenhouse Shop, we pride ourselves on offering the fastest delivery service for Halls greenhouses anywhere in the UK. All Halls models are delivered directly on Halls’ own transport fleet, ensuring your greenhouse arrives safely and efficiently.
We process every order the same day it’s received, so your order enters production without delay, meaning you’ll receive your greenhouse in the quickest possible time.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to the Scottish Highlands or locations requiring transport over water (e.g. islands) due to logistical challenges and significantly increased costs associated with transporting goods to these areas. We aim to keep delivery efficient and affordable for all customer and these regions currently fall outside our delivery network. However, if you’d like us to explore an alternative courier option, please contact us for a quotation, we have many customers who arrange their own courier to these areas.

England & Wales Deliveries – Up to 6 weeks
All Other Areas – Up to 8 weeks.
We offer a greenhouse installation service in mainland England (excluding CA postcodes) and postcodes CF, LL, SY and NP in Wales. Installations in central London will incur a surcharge. The current lead time for installations is 4-8 weeks. A greenhouse base must be purchased for installation which will be installed on a completely level solid concrete or slabbed floor. The fee includes the installation of autovents, louvres, downpipes, connecting kits, water butts and cresting if purchased with the greenhouse. Other accessories are chargeable. Installations exclude Northern Ireland, Islands, Allotments and Scotland (though please feel free to contact us if this applies to you, and we can advise alternative recommended installers).
