Elite Greenhouses Mastic Glazing Seal

This is the original non-setting butyl mastic seal used by Elite Greenhouses up until approximately 20 years ago.  Specifically designed for aluminium-framed greenhouses, this type of seal was the standard before the transition to more modern materials like neoprene gasket.  If mastic has been used in your greenhouse, it can be very difficult to remove it entirely to be able to swap over to neoprene.  This replacement mastic lays directly over the existing channel, adhering to any remaining mastic.  It maintains the same performance as the original installation and is perfect for refurbishments/restoration, repairs, or ongoing maintenance of older greenhouses.

Note: This seal is not designed to harden or cure – its non-setting formulation allows for long-lasting flexibility and ease of application.

The mastic is available in two lengths: 150ft or 200ft and is grey in colour.
