There are a number of types of greenhouse available with the Elite range – from classic freestanding, pent style, lean-to’s, dwarf wall and their unbeatable Titan Collection, which is available in widths of 6ft, 7ft, 8ft, 10ft and 12ft. All Elite Greenhouses are available in unlimited lengths
Bespoke:
What sets Elite apart from any other greenhouse manufacturer is their ability to bespoke a greenhouse to your particular needs or requirements.
Drop Doors:
A drop door modification is applied when the overall height of any Elite greenhouse needs to be increased. It involves a brick wall being built by customers to your desired height before a standard dimensional building is then constructed on top. A threshold is left in the wall for the door(s) to be dropped into and the cambered drop door then provides a neat and professional finish with the all-important easy access.
‘R’ Type
The principle of the R-Type is that you are able to choose any of the freestanding models which Elite manufacture and then remove the rear end section of the greenhouse, this allows you to anchor the framework to a wall, shed or garage using wall bars. The anchoring process acts as an integral part of the strength of the greenhouse and offers the opportunity to maximise your available space by being able to reuse part of a structure already there. Quotations are available on request.
‘R’ Type Lean To
By using the same principle as above, the gable end of the lean-to is then removed. This allows you to anchor the lean-to against two walls which is perfect for a restrictive space, such as a courtyard or L-shaped area. Quotations are available on request.
Hybrid Aluminium Panels
Hybrid panels are available on all Elite greenhouses and lean-to’s. They are aluminium sheets which can be powder coated to match your greenhouse and are fitted along the bottom of your greenhouse.
The sheets are virtually unbreakable on impact from balls, stones, strimmers etc. Another advantage of hybrid panels is their ability to hide the floor level of the greenhouse. This means that grow bags, pots, planters, and tools can be neatly stored out of sight, creating a more organised and visually appealing interior.
Internal Partitions:
Partitions are available on most Elite greenhouses. It’s a good choice if you want a bigger greenhouse and to heat it through the winter, as you are able to partition a smaller section to limit the amount of heating. Partitions are also required on greenhouses over 20ft long as it offers additional support to the structure.
Pick & Mix:
Elite has chosen what it feels is the best choice of garden colours for their greenhouses. However, if you have a favourite colour or there is a favourite pot or window frame you want to match, all we need is the RAL number. It is however important to note bespoke colours will not have matching plastic mouldings. So if you want Pink, you can have Pink!
Dual Colours:
Elite also offer the choice of two-toned greenhouses. If you want black and white, brown and stone, green and olive, they are happy to accommodate!
Extensions:
It is a simple process for your current Elite greenhouse to be made bigger. If you decide you need more room, we can provide an extension section which can be as long as you like, and powder coated in your original colour too.
