Juliana Oase Greenhouse – 12ft
The Juliana Oase Greenhouse is a premium, spacious greenhouse designed for serious gardeners who want an expansive, elegant, and functional space for growing plants or even creating a garden retreat. With its robust construction and ridge point, the Oase is more than just a greenhouse – it serves as a multifunctional garden room that blends seamlessly into outdoor spaces.
The Juliana Oase offers a large growing area, making it perfect for gardeners who need ample space to cultivate a variety of plants, fruits, and vegetables. While it excels as a greenhouse, the Oase is also frequently used as a garden retreat or an outdoor living room. Its size and design allow it to function as a multipurpose space for relaxing, dining, or entertaining guests, offering year-round usability.
The greenhouse is available in two sizes: 9’9″ x 9’9″ and 12’1″ x 12’1″
Base:
The optional 12cm steel greenhouse base makes for a solid foundation and speeds up the build process.
Doors:
The Juliana Oase is supplied with double low threshold stable doors, with the ability to keep the lower part of the stable door closed to keep uninvited large and small animals away and the upper part open for ventilation. The door is also provided with a door handle in stainless steel with an integrated lock.
Glass:
The greenhouse is equipped with 3mm long pane toughened safety glass as standard.
Roof Vents & Louvres:
The Oase greenhouse model includes two hinged side vents as well as a ventilation cowl in the roof.
Automatic Ventilation:
Automatic openers can not be added to the Oase greenhouse side vents. The ventilation cowl in the roof provides automatic ventilation, opening as the temperature increases.
Shelving/Staging:
Staging and shelving is available in black. For the Oase, we recommend the Juliana integral staging and integral shelf.
Rainwater Collection:
The greenhouse is provided with integral gutters that collect rainwater from the roof, preventing runoff and allowing for efficient collection. The gutters also include a Leaf Guard to prevent fallen leaves from blocking the gutters. The four downpipes have a diameter of 40mm and are attached directly to the gutter.
Glazing Capping:
Glazing capping is included, giving a sophisticated finish with no clips or overlaps.
Powder Coating:
The greenhouse is available in anthracite & black only.
Cresting & Finials:
Cresting & Finials are not available with the Oase model, due to the unique shape of the roof.
Roller Blinds
Juliana Roller Blinds can be purchased separately for the Juliana Oase greenhouse. The packs consist of two black roller blinds, which attach directly to the greenhouse glass using suction cups. The blinds can not be attached to all roof windows of the Oase greenhouse, due to the unique roof design.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to the Scottish Highlands or locations requiring transport over water (e.g. islands) due to logistical challenges and significantly increased costs associated with transporting goods to these areas. We aim to keep delivery efficient and affordable for all customer and these regions currently fall outside our delivery network. However, if you’d like us to explore an alternative courier option, please contact us for a quotation, we have many customers who arrange their own courier to these areas.
Juliana Oase 9ft Lead Times (For Guidance Only and Subject to Seasonal Variation):
All Oase Models – 4-6 weeks
Installation is available in most of mainland England and parts of Wales (excluding CA, CF, LL, SY, NP). Base and solid floor required. 4-8 week lead time for installations. Installations in central London will incur a surcharge. The fee includes the installation of autovents, louvres, downpipes, connecting kits, water butts and cresting if purchased with the greenhouse. Other accessories are chargeable. Please call 01772 230170 for a quotation.
Installations exclude Northern Ireland, Islands, Allotments and Scotland (though please feel free to contact us if this applies to you, and we can advise alternative recommended installers).
You will be sent further information and Terms and Conditions from Juliana installers on receipt of your order. Your installation will not be scheduled until the Terms and Conditions have been reviewed and returned.
