Zest Outdoor Living:
The majority of products are delivered by DX 2-man service. These are packaged with heavy duty cardboard. The parcel is banded and the ends taped for extra protection in transit. Smaller items are dispatched by Parcelforce or TNT, and packaged in cardboard. Larger products are delivered by Pallet carrier on a kerbside delivery basis. Access is required for large vehicles (7.5t) Pallets will be left with the customer. Orders are delivered on a 3-5 working day lead time, with day 1 being the first day we are in receipt of the order by 08:30. If you are unable to accept their delivery, the carrier will attempt to obtain a signature from a neighbour or will leave it in a secure area. Some postcodes and remote areas are subject to extended lead times and delivery surcharges. If this is requested on the order – please be aware that any delivery instructions must be indicated on the order, otherwise these can’t be guaranteed. Zest or our carriers do not accept any liability for items being left in a ‘safe place’ at the customer’s request.
Payment Information:
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard for your convenience. Please ensure your billing address matches your payment card address to avoid delays. If you require delivery to an alternative address, this can be entered during checkout.
